摘要：宋代的旅馆业盛极一时,遍布城乡。在激烈的市场竞争中旅馆经营者在旅馆的经营方式、经营作风、经营策略等方面都下了很大功夫,并且在经营过程中尽量满足顾客的物质需求和精神需求。研究表明,宋代私营旅馆不仅出现了新的经营方式,而且旅馆经营者也形成了一套较为成熟的经营理念。
Hotel industry the Song Dynasty prevails for a time,which spread all cities and countrysides.In the fierce market competition,the hotel runner put a lot of work in hotel modes of business operation,management attitude and management strategy to meet consumer＇s material and spiritual needs.The research indicated that not only the folk hotel＇s management in the Song Dynasty presented the new modes of business operation,but aslo the hotel runners formed a set of maturer management idea.
