摘要：近年来,随着社会的进步和经济的发展,我国社会主义现代化建设逐渐深入,城市化进程不断加快,人们的生活水平也有了显著提高。外来农民工长期以来的付出是城市工业化、现代化稳定发展的决定性因素之一,对于满足城市居民日益增长的物质文化需要有着重要意义。但就我国现状来说,外来农民工在城市社会融入中面临着很大困境,一直是城市问题研究中的重要课题之一,受到国家相关部门及学者的广泛关注。目前,现代城市外来农民工的身份认同状态进退两难,阻碍着农民工自身发展和城市化建设的进程,迫切需要深化研究,采取科学有效的措施,以化解农民工身份认同危机。本文阐述了城市外来农民工身份认同的内涵,探讨了我国现代城市外来农民工身份认同困境的表现,分析了现代城市外来农民工身份认同的影响因素,并针对如何化解现代城市外来农民工身份认同困境提出了战略对策。
In recent years, along with social progress and economic development of China's socialist modernization gradually deepening and accelerating process of urbanization, people's living standards has also been significantly improved. Migrant farm workers in long-term pay one of the decisive factors of urban industrialization, modernization and stable development, to meet the city residents growing material and cultural needs of great significance. At present, the identity of the modern city of migrant workers state dilemma impede migrant workers of their own development and the process of urbanization, the urgent need for further studies, scientific and effective measures to resolve the identity crisis of the migrant workers. This paper describes the connotation of urban identity of migrant farm workers, and investigate the performance of identity plight of the migrant farm workers in the identity of our modern cities, and analyzes the influencing factors of modern urban identity of migrant farm workers, and agree on how to resolve the identity of the modern urban migrant farm workers the plight of strategic responses.
