摘要:研究了酸性铬蓝K(ACBK)在pH为10.0的NH3-NH4Cl介质中与钙和镁同时显色的条件,试验表明,Ca^2+和Mg^2+离子均可与ACBK形成1:1的配合物,在468nm波长处,两种配合物存在一等摩尔吸收点,对应于该点的等摩尔吸光系数ε=7.6×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1,在此波长及最佳操作条件下,Ca^2+和Mg^2+的总含量在0-3×10^-5mol^-1·cm^-1浓度范围内符合比耳定律。建立了测定钙镁总含量的方法,应用于水硬度的测定,结果令人满意。
The conditions for simultaneous colouration reaction of Ca and Mg with ACBK are studied in the medium of NH 3-NH 4Cl solution (pH=10.0).The results show that Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ with ACBK form 1∶1 complex,which give an equal absorption peak at 468nm with the molar absorption coefficient of 7.6×103L·mol -1·cm -1.Beers law is obeyed in the total concentration range of 3~3×10 -5mol·L -1.A method for the determination of total concentration f Ca and Mg was established,it has been applied to the determination of water hardness,satisfactory results were obtained.
