摘要:面对人们对人类赖以生存的环境提出的节能、环保和应用需求的要求,液压传动因效率低、噪声大、成本高、泄漏污染环境等缺点而受到了机械传动、电气传动激烈的竞争挑战。文章从节能环保、控制技术、应用需求方面简要分析了液压技术的发展现状,并在此基础上从节能环保、新材料、新工艺的应用、控制方面、机电一体化和液压CAD等方面阐述了液压技术未来的发展趋势。
Face to the survival environment of humans,human put forward requirements about the environmental protection,energy saving and the application requirements.Hydraulic drive of market position has been threatened by mechanical transmission and electric transmission owing to its low efficiency,noise,high cost,environmental pollution and leakage shortcomings.This paper briefly analyzes development situation in hydraulic technology from the energy conservation,environmental protection,control technology and application requirements,and then expounds trends in development of the hydraulic technology from the energy conservation,environmental protection,new materials,new technology,control technology,electromechanical integration,hydraulic CAD,etc.
