摘要：约翰·福尔斯的短篇小说《谜》以菲尔丁失踪之谜为主线,叙述了故事中人物对这一事件的看法与态度。在创作主题、创作技巧方面,福尔斯依然传承其后现代主义创作理念,并恰当地将自己对神秘、自由、作者与人物的关系进行更进一步的深层表述,使得这个文本在形式与内容方面得到极好的融合,更为读者留下了多维度的思考与想象空间,使读者穿梭于"迷雾"之间,并乐此不疲。
The Enigma, John Fowles＇ short story, takes the disappearance of Fielding as the main line which reveals characters＇ attitude and reflection to the disappearance of Fielding. Which In this story, John Fowles still carrys on the post-modernism creative ideas of creative subject and creative skill. Who deeply expresses his idea about mystery, freedom, the relationship between the author and the character, John Fowles＇ text which well fuse the form and the content into one. Which leave a room for writers＇thinking and imagining ability, so that the writers shuttle in the mist happily.
