摘要:以钛酸丁酯为主要原料,在乙醇-水体系中采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备掺杂Li+、 Mg2+、 Al3+三种金属离子的溶胶前驱体,利用浸渍提拉法制备TiO2薄膜。结果表明,掺杂金属离子的薄膜的最大吸收波长均在300~310 nm处;掺杂Li+、 Mg2+的薄膜的吸收光谱发生蓝移,且随掺杂量的增多蓝移现象减弱;掺杂Al3+的发生红移,且随掺杂量的增多红移现象减弱。掺杂Mg2+的吸光性能较好。扫描电镜照片表明试样的表面平整,颗粒均匀。
Taking C16 H36 O4 Ti as the main raw material and using the sol-gel method in ethanol-water system, the sol precursor of mixing Li+, Mg2+, Al3+three metal ions was prepared , using the pulling dipping , the TiO2 films were prepared.The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of the thin films with metal ions were between 300~310 nm.The absorption spectrum of the film doping with Li +, Mg2+brought about blue-shifted, and with the increase doping with Li+, Mg2+, the blue shift became weakened.The absorption spectrum of the film doping with Al 3+brought about red-shifted , and with the increase mixing of Al 3+the red shift became weakened.The absorbance performance of the film with Mg2+was better than others.The scanning electron micrographs showed that the surface of the sample was smooth, and the particles were well-distributed.
