摘要:以汽车用N1908-1斜齿轮为研究对象,利用计算机仿真技术模拟轮齿淬火时应力畸变现象,并进行了热力耦合分析。仿真数据与实际测量结果基本吻合,表明了所建斜齿轮仿真模型的正确性。
Taking N1908-1 helical gear used for automobile as study object, the computer simulation technology was used to simulate the stress distortion when gear tooth quenched, and to analyze the thermal coupling problem. Simulation data were generally consistent with the actual measurement results. It indicates the correctness of the built simulation model for helical gear.
