摘要:以脱色率为主要考察指标,研究了纳米TiO2光催化氧化法处理活性艳红K-2BP的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,采用紫外光源为20 W的KL-1型光催化反应器,在平均粒径为30 nm的TiO2悬浮体系中,TiO2能够高效脱除活性艳红K-2BP的色度。纳米TiO2光催化降解活性艳红K-2BP在KL-1型紫外光实验装置上的最佳工艺条件为:活性艳红K-2BP在初始浓度50 mg/L时,TiO2用量1.0 g/L,pH值为3,外加催化剂H2O2加入量为2.5ml/L,反应2 h,活性艳红K-BP最大脱色率为96%。
The optimal processing conditions of photocatalytic oxidation in treating reactive brilliant red K-2BP by nano TiO2 has been studied.Using KL-1 photocatalytic reactor with 20 W UV light as light source,particle size in average a parth for nano TiO2 suspension system of 30 nm,reactive brilliant red K-2BP can be efficiently decoloured,and there is the maximum decolorization rate of reactive brilliant red K-2BP in strong acid solution.The optimal processing conditions of photocatalytic oxidation of reactive brilliant red K-2BP by nano TiO2 as follows:as initial concentration is 50 mg/L,the dosage of TiO2 photocatalyst being 1.0 g/L,initial pH of solution being 3.0,the dosage of H2O2 being 2.5 ml/L,and time of reaction being 2 h,the maximum decolorization rate of reactive brilliant red K-2BP reaches 96% percent.Photocatalytic degradation by nano TiO2 has been studied in this experiment,the optimal processing conditions has been selected for farther experiment and for offering basic data for the industry scale.
