摘要:本文以均苯三酸和二水合醋酸锌为原料,分别用咪唑和2-甲基苯并咪唑作为为第二配体,在50℃条件下合成了两种金属有机框架结构MOFs-Im和MOFs-Me。氮气氛围中900℃煅烧得到多孔碳材料MOFs-Im-C和MOFs-Me-C。利用红外光谱仪、荧光光谱仪、同步热分析仪对配合物的结构、发光性以及热稳定性进行了表征;对煅烧后样品采用场发射扫描电子显微镜、比表面及孔径分析仪等进行表征,并通过对亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B的脱除来测试其吸附性能。结果表明,煅烧后生成的MOFs-Im-C多孔碳材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附率在120 nim时几乎达到100%,说明该多孔碳材料对亚甲基蓝具有较好的吸附性能。
In this paper,two metal organic frameworks MOFs-Im and MOFs-Me were synthesized by using trimesic acid and zinc acetate dihydrate as raw materials with imidazole or 2-methylbenzimidazole as the second ligands,respectively at 50°C.The two complex were calcined at 900℃in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain nanoporous carbon materials MOFs-Im-C and MOFs-Me-C.The structure,luminescence and thermal stability of the complexes were characterized by Infrared Spectrometer,Fluorescence Spectrometer and Thermal Analyzer.The calcined samples were characterized by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope,Surface Area and Porosimetry System etc.,and their adsorption properties were tested by removal of methylene blue and rhodamine B.The results indicate that the adsorption rate of methylene blue by the MOFs-Im-C porous carbon material formed after calcination is almost 100%at 120 nim.It shows that the porous carbon material MOFs-Im-C has good adsorption performance for methylene blue.
