摘要:应用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析法分析不同种类、不同产地茶叶的1HNMR指纹图谱,能够对绿茶和红茶的品质进行准确的鉴别。结果表明:双指标序列法可同时准确刻画不同茶叶样品之间的相似度和差异,为茶叶的鉴别及全面的质量评价提供了一种新方法。
^1HNMR fingerprint spectra of tea from different species and different habitats were studied with the common and variation peak ratio dual index sequence analysis method. This method can accurately identify varieties and qualities of green and blank tea samples. The results showed that the dual index sequence analysis can accurately describe the resemblance and differences among different tea samples and provides a good approach to identify and evaluate qualities of different kinds of tea.
