摘要：从2012年起国家鼓励民间资本进入农村金融服务领域,国家政策为农村非正规金融合法化提供了有力支持,以河南省新型金融机构发展为视角,探讨河南农村非正规金融未来的发展方向,并在此基础上对如何引导和规范河南省农村非正规金融发展提出了对策建议。
Since 2012 the state has encouraged private capital to enter into rural financial services and there are strong policies to surpport rural informal finance legalization.This article discusses the furture direction of rural informal finance in Henan in the perspective of the development of new-type financial institutions in Henan and on this basis,proposes some countermeasures on how to guide and standardize the development of informal financial institutions in Henan.
