摘要：地方志是在政府负责地方志工作的机构主持下,代表其意志创作,由其承担法律责任的被《地方志工作条例》立法认定为特殊类型职务作品的智力成果。编纂地方志活动涉及著作权利分配和利益关系的协调问题,受到著作权制度的规范。实践证明,图书馆及其内部自然人是地方志的主要编纂者之一,在参与地方志编纂工作中,应注重自身合法权益的保护。
Local chronicles is the work of government agencies responsible for local history under the auspices of the will on behalf of its creation,its legal liability is ＂Local Records Work＂directly identified as a special type of service works of intellectual property.Compilation of local history activities relating to the copyright interests of profit allocation and coordination by the copyright system specifications.Practice has proved that local history library is one of the main compilation,codification of participating in local history.The library should focus on the protection of their legitimate rights and interests.
