摘要:Cancer, or malignant tumour, is the body's cells can't be normal regulation, excessive proliferation caused by a disease. The main cause of the body tumour is that suppressor gene are activated by some factors outside,such as the impact of physiology, the role of virus carcinogenic factors, the impact of lifestyle and the biological effects of cancer and so on.In this paper, a new triptolide derivative was synthesized by CH activation and the X-ray diffraction of this triptolide derivative was analyzed. The results of CCK-8 test showed that the newly synthesized triptolide Derivative have high antitumor activity against hepatoma HepG-2, Hela, A2780, A549 and MCF-7 human tumor cells, all of this exhibited higher or similar anticancer activity than clinically present cisplatin activity. At the same time, we also analyzed the effect of the triptolide derivative on the cell cycle of A2780 cells.
