摘要：20世纪以来,因镜像服务导致的著作权纠纷案件占了我国图书馆著作权纠纷案件总量的绝大部分,文章选取其中的11个典型案例进行分析,目的是使图书馆能全面、正确地了解和掌握镜像服务中的著作权保护规则,提高科学管理与合法使用著作权的能力,并在纠纷发生后有效地化解法律风险。
Since the 20th century, the copyright disputes caused by mirror service have accounted for most of the library copyright dis- pute cases in China,this article selects 11 typical cases to analyze to make library comprehensively and correctly understand and grasp the copyright protection rules in mirror service, improve the ability of scientific management and legitimate use of copyright, and effec- tively resolve the legal risks when disputes occur. 15 refs.
