摘要：我国目前农地规模化经营的内部动力主要来源于农地比较收益降低导致的农地流转的推动、农业科学技术的促进、土地规模效益的驱动、农业生产结构调整及产业化经营丰厚利润的吸引等几个方面,我们应当抓住时机,适当地推行一系列发展农地规模化的外部措施,内外因相结合,推动农地规模化经营。
The internal driving force for the scale operation of agricultural land derives mainly from the transfer of land due to the low profits of land cultivation, agricultural science and technology, the scale effect of land atilization, the adjustment of agricultural production structure, and the attractive profits of industrial production. We should seize the oppor- tunity to promote the scale operation of agricultural land by taking a series of extemal measures and combining them with internal driving forces.
