摘要：Now, the adolescent's physical health and mental health condition is anxious in CHINA. Because the college education only pays attention to the biological function and the role of ideological education, ignores the students' the needs and interests in sports and neglects the physical ability training. It rarely considered the needs of students' personality development so as to suppress the students' enthusiasm in sports. By the literature material, questionnaire investigation and other methods, the article analyses college students' sports life style in Henan province. It is researched in leisure time activities, physical exercise time, sports consumption, the energy change after exercise and other aspects. And it is made a concrete analysis from subjective and objective influencing factors.
