摘要：本文介绍了从培养素质、提高能力出发，以培养合格的初中化学教师为目标，对无机化学课程教学进行改革的一些做法，实践证明，本教改方法对提高无机化学课程教学质量是有效的。
This article presents some research on the reformation of the inorganic chemistry teaching fromcultivating the quality education and improving students' abilities, for the purpose of cultivating qualified middleshool chemistry teachers It has been proved that this teaching method is effective for improving the teachingquality in inorganic chemistry course
