摘要：隐性知识的流动与转化是图书馆知识管理的关键。阐述了图书馆隐性知识及其构成,分析了图书馆隐性知识的流动与转化,并提出了促使其流动与转化的相关措施。
Floating and transformation of tacit knowledge is the key point of library knowledge management.This paper discusses tacit knowledge of library and its composition,analyzing on floating and transformation of library tacit knowledge,and it also advances measures in urging to float and transform tacit knowledge of library.
