摘要：考虑M/M/1延迟工作休假系统在两种不同条件下的策略选择.在第一种情况下,系统队长和服务台的状态都是可观的,通过研究不同状态下的顾客期望逗留时间,得到了顾客的均阈值策略;在第二种情况下,队长和系统状态都是不可观的,利用矩阵几何理论,得到了顾客的平均逗留时间,给出了每个顾客在到达瞬间的混合策略.最后,用数值例子,分析了不同参数的对均衡策略的影响.
We consider customers＇ strategies behavior in an M/M/1 queuing system with delayed working vacation under two scenarios, In scenario 1, the queue length and fhe server＇s status are fully observable. By analyzing the expected sojourn time of a customer under variable system states, we develop the equilibrium threshold strategies. In scenario 2, the system states are fully unobservable, Using matrix geometric theory, we obtain the expected queue length and the expected sojourn time of a customer, and give the mixed strategies of a customer upon the instant of his（her） arrival. The effects of different pa- rameters on the equilibrium behavior are illustrated further through numerical experiments.
