摘要：针对网络环境下的人格权侵权,其侵权责任形态不仅有直接侵权责任,还有以连带责任的形式负担的新型间接侵权责任。应根据网络的参与者在人格权侵权中所担任的不同角色,认定网络环境下人格权侵权责任的归责原则。停止侵害、赔偿损失是网络环境下人格权侵权中适用较为广泛的责任承担形式。
Network environment for the infringement of personality rights,tort liability is not only its direct infringement liability,as well as to the burden of joint and several liability in the form of independent new indirect infringement.Recognized the right of personality under the network environment attributable to the principle of tort liability should be based on the network as participants in different roles.Stop the infringement,damages the network environment,application of moral rights infringement in the form of wider accountability.
