摘要:通过对聚乙烯醇的缩醛化 ,用种子乳液聚合的方法研制了有机硅油改性聚醋酸乙烯乳液。在实验条件为m (醋酸乙烯 )∶m (硅油 ) =1.0∶0 .0 81,胶核和外壳的反应温度分别为 70℃和 75℃ ,反应时间分别为 1.5h和 4h情况下 ,改性后的PVAc乳液与普通乳液相比具有较好的稳定性、成膜性、抗冻性、抗水性和抗蠕变性。乳液在 - 8~ - 5℃不冻结 ,胶膜吸水率由 30 .2 2 %下降到 10 .4 4 %。
A new kind of silicone oil modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion were synthesized. The defects of common polyvinyl acetate emulsion were successfully improved by the acetalation of polyvinyl alcohol as stabilizing agent in emulsion polymerization. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: m(VAc)∶m(silicone oil)=1.0∶0.081, the reaction temperatures of the core and the shell were 70 ℃ and 75 ℃ respectively, the reaction time were 1.5 h and 4 h respectively.
