摘要：搞好体育教学需要课前准备、课中实施和课后研究三个环节的协同,弱化任何一环都难以取得真正意义上的好的教学效果。
Abstract： The improvement of sports teaching requires the synergy of three links： preparation before class, implementation in class and study after class, and the good teaching effect is difficult to achieve in its true sense if any link is weaken.
