摘要：讨论了休闲体育与阳光体育的相容性,认为可以将休闲体育的形式、内容等引入阳光体育活动之中。建议在高校建立体育活动指导站,以指导学生参与休闲体育活动;高校要加强对现有体育教师休闲体育技能的培养,已解决当前高校休闲体育和阳光体育师资缺乏的问题。
The paper discussed the integration of leisure sports and sunny sports and suggested that the forms and contents of leisure sports be introduced into sunny sports.A guiding office was propsed to set up in colleges to guide the students to participate in leisure sports.Colleges should cultivate the teachers’ skills in leisure sports to tackle the problem of the deficiency of leisure sports teachers and sunny sports teachers.
