摘要：从对女大学生健美的基本要求方面,论述了女大学生的审美意识和健美教育,旨在使女大学生具有健身、健美和健心的一体型特征以及说明女大学生运动负荷必须具有针对性。
The aesthetic consciousness and education of bodybuilding of undergraduates are discussed in this article. Mainly aimed at the basic demands of bodybuilding for undergraduates, we discussed the integrative characters of health - building, bodybuilding and spirit - building. We also illuminated the intensity of athletic burthen of undergraduates.
