摘要：本文通过射频磁控溅射沉积的方法,采用Ti N靶材在基体上制备了氮化钛涂层,并利用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、划痕仪、超景深显微镜,对制备的氮化钛涂层的宏观、微观形貌及力学性能进行了检测。研究表明,基体表面形成界面结合良好,镀层十分致密,无孔隙和裂纹等缺陷,实验最佳溅射功率为97.5W。
TiN coating was prepared by magnetron sputteringmethod in this paper. The surface image, structure, mechanicalproperties of the coating were analyzed by SEM, EDS, mMicromechanics test system, Super depth of field microscope. The resultsshow that there are not pore or crack or other obvious defects in thecoating, The optimal sputtering power of this test is 97.5 W.
