摘要：知识经济时代的到来,必将引起会计制度的变革.为了迎接知识经济的挑战,必须确保劳动者权益,提高劳动者的积极性.本文从劳动者权益的确保及其对传统会计体系的影响等方面进行探讨.
The coming of tle age of knowledgeeconomy must lead to reform of the accoanting system. Facing the challenge of the knowledge economy,we must ensure labourer's rights and interests,raise their enthusiasm. The author discusses on problems from aspcts such as guarantee of labour's rights,its influence on traditional accounting system and so on.
