摘要:为了避免加工过程中碳/碳化硅复合材料的异形、深腔燃烧室构件出现分层、撕裂和毛刺等缺陷,提出一种超声辅助锉削加工系统。首先基于多级放大原理,应用传输矩阵法,推导了多级变幅杆的频率方程,并利用MATLAB7.1软件对该频率方程进行求解,实现了多级变幅杆的超声振动;基于薄板弯曲振动原理,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对带有直槽的锉削刀具进行结构优化设计,实现了锉削刀具的超声振动;之后,分别对设计和制造出的超声辅助锉削系统进行有限元分析与振动特性测试,结果显示二者与理论分析结果较好的一致性,谐振频率的误差在0.68%~1.75%。最后,利用研制的超声锉削系统对超声速推进器燃烧室进行切削试验,获得了较好的加工效果。
In order to avoid the defects of delamination,avulsion and burr in the special-shaped and deep cavity combustion chamber components of the C/Si C composites during the processing,the ultrasonic assisted filing processing system is proposed. Firstly,based on the multilevel amplification principle,the frequency equation of multi-stage horn is deduced by using the transfer matrix method. The ultrasonic vibration of multi-stage horn is realized by using the MATLAB7. 1 software to solve the frequency equation. Based on the theory of bending vibration of thin plate,the ANSYS Workbench software is used to optimize the structure of the file cutter with the straight groove,and the ultrasonic vibration of file cutter is realized. Then,the finite element analysis and vibration characteristics test of the ultrasonic assisted filing processing system are carried out. The results show that the two methods are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis,and the resonance frequency error is within 0. 68% ~ 1. 75%. At last,the supersonic propeller combustor was processed with the ultrasonic assisted filing system,and better machining results were obtained.
