摘要:再制造数控机床的进给伺服系统是一个复杂的机电耦合系统,其动态特性直接关系到机床的整机性能.提出了一种新型的自适应FUZZY-PID位置控制策略.这种控制策略利用模糊算法的非线性控制特点,来提高PID控制器的控制灵活性和自适应能力.以再制造数控滚道磨床的水平进给伺服系统为研究对象,在Matlab/Simulink仿真平台下建立了控制器模型并进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明,这种位置控制策略显著增强了系统的抗扰动能力,改善了系统的动态特性.
The servo system of remanufactured CNC machine tool is a complicated electromechanical coupling system,and its dynamic characteristic is directly related to the performance of machine tool.The new adaptive Fuzzy-PID was presented to control the position loop.This control scheme uses the nonlinear control character istics of fuzzy algorithm to improve the control flexibility and adaptive ability of a PID controller.Based on the feed servo system of a remanufactured CNC raceway grinder,the simulation of a Fuzzy-PID controller was carried out in the software Matlab/Simulink.The Simulation results show that this new control scheme heightens the disturbance rejection ability and improves the dynamic performance of the system obviously.
