摘要：探讨高频辐射作用时间剂量与反应症状的关系，对高频作业环境进行调查，同时对103名从事高频作业的男性工人进行健康监护。在高频辐射强度相同的环境下，工人出现神经衰弱综合征阳性率为31．4％，分析找出了5项具有统计学意义的典型症状指标(头晕、脱发、记忆力减退、睡眠障碍、烦躁)。其中头晕、脱发随着作用时间剂量之增加阳性率逐渐升高；头晕、脱发、记忆力减退、睡眠障碍、烦躁等均在作用时间剂量达3000小时后，阳性率具有显著意义。由此得出，高频辐射损伤以中枢神经系统症状最为敏感。
explores on the connection between duration and dose in high-frequency radiation and syndrome.The survery is conducted on high-frequency working environment,medical treatment is given to 103 male workers in this kind of working syndrome.There is a percentage of 31.4 in the positive rate of neurasthenic happening to workers in this working conditions.Scientific analysis shows that five statistically typical indexes of syndrom,which are dizziness,alopecia,memory deficiency,insomnic,irritation.Dizziness and alopecia increase with duration and dose.When all these five indexes reach 3,000 hours,the positive rate will become dominant.Central nervous system is sensitive to be injured caused by high-frequency radiation.
