摘要：基于纳米技术的纳米包装材料相对于传统包装材料有着机械性能良好、物理化学性能高、加工性能良好的优势,纳米银、纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌都能够被应用在食品包装领域当中。主要针对纳米材料在食品包装中的应用进行研究。
Nano-based packaging materials based on nanotechnology have the advantages of good mechanical properties,high physical and chemical properties,and good processability compared to traditional packaging materials.Nano-silver,nano-titanium dioxide,and nano-zinc oxide can all be used in food packaging.The current article focuses on the application of nanomaterials in food packaging.
