摘要:通过硬度测试、室温拉伸试验、室温疲劳试验,研究了AZ80镁合金在轧制、固溶、时效以及固溶+时效4种状态下的力学性能和疲劳寿命。结果表明:固溶处理对AZ80镁合金硬度提高效果不大,时效处理、固溶+时效处理均可以提高AZ80镁合金硬度,AZ80镁合金经固溶+时效处理后硬度比轧制态提高38%,效果最为明显。固溶处理使AZ80镁合金强度降低,伸长率提高,时效处理、固溶+时效处理使其强度提高,伸长率降低。在较低应变振幅(0.4%)条件下,热处理AZ80镁合金疲劳寿命小于轧制态。在中高应变振幅(0.6%、0.8%、1.0%)条件下,热处理提高了AZ80镁合金疲劳寿命,其中时效处理试样疲劳寿命最佳。在超高应变振幅(1.2%)条件下,热处理对提高AZ80镁合金疲劳寿命效果不明显。
The methods of hardness test, room temperature tensile test and room temperature fatigue test were adopted.The mechanical properties and fatigue life of AZ80 magnesium alloy in four states of rolling, solid solution, aging and solid solution+aging were studied. The results show that the solid solution treatment has little effect on the hardness of AZ80 magnesium alloy. The hardness of AZ80 magnesium alloy can be improved by aging treatment, solid solution + aging treatment. The hardness of AZ80 magnesium alloy is 38% higher than that of rolled state, and the effect is most obvious. The strength of AZ80 magnesium alloy decreases and the elongation increases after solid solution treatment. The strength of AZ80 magnesium alloy increases and the elongation decreases after aging treatment and solid solution+aging treatment. Under the condition of low strain amplitude(0.4%), the fatigue life of heat treated sample is less than that of rolling sample. Under the condition of medium and high strain amplitude(0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0%), the fatigue life of AZ80 magnesium alloy is improved by heat treatment, and the fatigue life of the aging treated sample is the best. Under the condition of high strain amplitude(1.2%), the effects of heat treatment on the fatigue life of AZ80 magnesium alloy are not obvious.
