摘要：发展高等职业教育,必须对其培养目标、培养规格、培养要素进行准确定位。培养目标应定位在培养实用型和技能型高层次人才上;培养规格应定位在大学本科和专科两个层次上;培养要素定位应体现在灵活的专业设置机制,较强的应用能力培训,“双师型”师资队伍的建设、必备的实训基地建设和订单式培养模式等方面。
In order to develop higher protessional education the developement objectives, standards and essential factors must be highly coordinated. Developement objectives should be aimed at developing vocationally capable people; while considerations of universities and academies are to be included in developement objectives; and developement factors will be discussed in this paper from the following different aspects： having a flexible system of establishing new majors, a better developement in applied fields, more work on training teachers who are not only supposed to be qualified ones but also able to deal with other situations, indispensable construction of training in applied areas, the mode of matching company needs and students abilities. .
