摘要：普世文化是全球化在文化领域中的反映。普世文化不仅指人类具有“共同的语言”,可以达成的文化共识,而且是指人类共同遵守的文化价值规范。它的生成是因为人类有共同的利益,也面临共同的挑战。在当代中国文化建设中,要努力处理好文化的普遍性和特殊性、本土性和世界性的关系,在提倡文化的普遍价值同时,不排斥和否定民族文化个性的张扬。
The universal culture is the reflection of globalization in cultural fields. As the major trend of cultural development,it＇s birth has connected with some profound social and historical reasons. So how to deal with the universality and specificity of culture and how to deal with the locality and universality of culture have become a problem that the development of universal culture faces and the chief duty for the building of culture in current China.
