摘要:现有的泡沫比例混合装置都存在泡沫液不能随时添加、结构复杂等缺陷。为解决此问题,设计机械泵入式泡沫比例混合装置及其核心部件特殊水轮机。阐述装置的工作原理和设计方法;根据国家标准进行相关试验。结果表明:所设计的装置中的压力损失和泡沫混合比均符合国家标准。研究成果为机械泵入式泡沫比例混合装置的研究提供参考。
The existing foam proportional mixing devices has the defects such as foam liquid cannot be added at any time and the structure is complex.To solve this problem,a mechanical pumping foam proportional mixing unit and its core components hydroturbine were designed.The working principle and design method of the device were described;the relevant experiments were carried out according to the national standards.The results show that the pressure loss and foam mixing ratio in the designed device meet the requirements of national standards.The research results can provide reference for the research of mechanical pumping foam proportional mixing unit.
