摘要:在磷酸镁水泥现有水化理论的基础上,通过对其水化过程的深入探讨,进一步分析了磷酸镁水泥的水化机理。同时从理论上为磷酸镁水泥的缓凝问题提出了一条新的解决思路,为磷酸镁水泥的应用开辟了新的途径。
Although Magnesia Phosphate Cement (MPC) features the following properties such as quick hardening, high strength, excellent fireproofing, its application scope is limited greatly by the rapid rate of hydration reaction and the high hydration heat. The author discusses the progress of hydration reaction on MPC in accurately based on the existing hydration mechanism of MPC, and, and discovers a new method to extend the hydration reaction time and reduce the hydration heat. This discovery will greatly develop the application scope of MPC.
