摘要:离心式供油泵常安装于油箱前后梁上,为了实现在油箱液面低于供油泵安装轴线时仍具有吸油功能,就需要在供油泵上集成旋涡泵。就叶轮安装结构、间隙设计、叶轮结构等方面设计细节进行了探讨,提出了旋涡泵结构优化措施,以提高产品的可靠性,满足其功能要求。
At present ,a large number of the use of the centrifugal pump for installation on the beam before and after the fuel tank ,which requires the integrated vortex pump for oil pump ,for oil pump in the tank of liquid level is lower than when installing the axis of oil absorption function .Research on impeller installed aspects such as structure ,space design ,the structure of the im‐peller design details are discussed in this paper ,the vortex pump structure optimization measures are put forward ,to improve the reliability of the product ,meet the requirements of the function .
