摘要:随着人们健康意识的不断加深,中药中微量元素对中医理论产生影响的认识也逐步加深。甘草、连翘和金银花是人们日常生活中经常使用的清热解毒类中药材,长期或大量的服用此类药物,其中微量元素的作用也十分关键。采用湿法消解-火焰原子吸收法检测甘草、连翘和金银花三种中药中所含微量元素锌、铁和镁的含量并进行分析,为中药微量元素控制标准提供可参考依据。
As people's health awareness deepens,The understanding of the influence of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is also gradually deepened.Licorice,Forsythia,and honeysuckle are commonly used heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese herbal medicines,long-term or large doses of these drugs,The role of trace elements is also crucial.This paper uses AAS to detect the contents of zinc,iron and magnesium contained in licorice,forsythia and honeysuckle by wet digestion and selection of optimal parameters,it can be used as reference for the control of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine.
