摘要:针对现代制造业中芯片特征的检测,提出完整的机器视觉中特征检测系统的设计方案。为了兼顾系统效率及速度,设计了基于相位(Phase Congruency)的特征检测方法,并在专用的数字视频处理芯片DSP平台实现。实验表明该系统能够针对生产线上的真实视频较好地检测出芯片的特征,达到了实时检测的要求,相比PC系统速度有近40%的提高。
A complete system design scheme for feature detection in computer vision was proposed, aiming at the chip feature detection in modern manufacture industry. For the efficiency and speed, phase congruency based feature detection was designed and implemented on the specific DSP digital video processing platform. Experiments for real videos from manufacture factory proved that this system can effectively detected the chip feature in real time with time saving achieving to 40%.
