摘要:以NaBH4为还原剂,采用成核晶化隔离法和还原-氧化法相结合制备了纳米级Cu2O。采用XRD,SEM,EDS,UV-vis等方法对产物的结构、组成及光谱特征进行了研究。结果表明,与传统方法相比,采用成核晶化隔离法和还原-氧化法相结合的方法制得的Cu2O具有形貌均一、粒径小、分布窄等特点。光催化实验表明,所得的Cu2O对四硝基苯酚有较高的光催化活性。
Nanoscaled Cu2O was prepared with a new method involving separate nucleation and aging steps in a colloid mill with NaBH4 as the reducing agent, followed by a slow oxidation process. The as-synthesized CuO nanomaterials were investigated by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The results indicate the colloid mill method gives uniforrm, small Cu2O crystals with narrow size distribution. Furthermore, the prepared Cu2O exhibits excellent catalytic performance in the reduction of nitrobenzenes.
