摘要:以硫酸铜、氢氧化钠和葡萄糖为原料,采用无模板液相还原法两步制备了不同形貌的氧化亚铜。产物进行了XRD物相分析、SEM形貌分析,紫外-可见分光光度计测定了其吸收光谱。研究了反应温度,原料配比(硫酸铜∶葡萄糖∶氢氧化钠的摩尔比)及浓度对产物形貌的影响。结果表明:葡萄糖和氢氧化钠的配比对产物纯度、形貌和粒径都有影响。低葡萄糖配比和浓度时,易生成八面体氧化亚铜;高碱配比和浓度时,易生成八面体氧化亚铜,但同时也易生成铜;高葡萄糖低碱易生成球形氧化亚铜。光谱分析发现,八面体氧化亚铜的最大吸收波长和球形氧化亚铜的最大吸收波长相比,发生了红移。最后详细分析了不同形貌氧化亚铜在特定条件下形成的机理。
Different shapes of Cu2O was synthesized by CuSO4,NaOH and glucose through two steps.The characteristic of the samples was tested by XRD(X-ray powder diffractometer),SEM(field emission scanning electron microscopy)and UV spectrophotometer.The impact of temperature,mole ratio and concentration on the morphology and particle size of Cu2O was studied.The results illustrate that the mole ratio of glucose and NaOH dose influence the morphology,size and purity of Cu2O at some conditions.Octahedral Cu2O will appear,when the mole ratio and concentration of glucose is low or the mole ratio and concentration of NaOH is high.When the mole ratio of NaOH is too high,Cu will also appear.When the mole ratio of glucose is high while the mole ratio of NaOH is low,the shape of Cu2O is mainly sphere.The UV spectrum of the octahedral Cu2O is red shift compared with the spherical Cu2O.Finally,the growth mechanism of the particular morphology of Cu2O was analyzed at different reaction conditions.
