摘要：加强高职院校学生人文素质的培养是社会经济和科技发展对高职教育的必然要求，是置于普通本科院校和技校中专之间的高职院校本身生存和发展的需要，是大学生增强就业竞争力的重要因素，这些观念已成为高等教育工作者的共识。但如何培养学生的人文素养，在高职院校内部还存在着认识和操作层面的问题，本文就高职高专院校大学生人文素质培养的现状进行了分析，从提高认识、建立工作机制、部门间协调、培养内容和形式等方面提出了强化大学生人文素质培养的行之有效的措施。
With the development of social economy and science and technology, it is urgent to fortify the students＇ humanities performance. The humanities performance education is essential for higher vocational college to survive and develop. It is also an important factor for college students to compete with those from universities and technical schools. How to develop the students＇ humanities performance lies in how to understand it and put it into effect. This paper analyzes the present conditions of college students＇ humanities performance and puts forward the measures to fortify it in four aspects： enhancing the knowledge, setting up the working mechanism, coordination between the departments, the contents and forms of humanities performance education.
