摘要：开放存取改变了以用户支付版权使用费为主要经费来源的运作模式,以在版权法的保护下打破版权垄断为宗旨。开放资源的版权保护以许可协议为操作规则,许可协议大都不提供责任担保。对开放资源的版权保护强调对许可协议的比较选择,并对全社会的道德水平提出了新的挑战。
The Open Access movement has changed the operating mode of regarding the users ＇payment for copyright fees as the major finance sottrces. It aims at breaking the copyright monopoly under the protection of the copyright law. The copyright protection of open resottrces takes the license agreement as the operating rules. The license agreement does not provide responsibility guarantee in most cases. The copyright protection of open resources puts emphasis on the comparative selection of license agreement, and presents a new challenge to the moral level of the whole society.
