摘要:对计算机用超细晶AZ31镁合金进行了退火处理,研究了退火温度和退火时间对组织热稳定性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随退火温度的升高,合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐增大;晶粒尺寸随保温时间的延长逐渐增大,但随退火时间的延长,晶粒长大的速率逐渐降低;超细晶AZ31合金的屈服强度和维氏硬度与晶粒尺寸之间都很好地符合Hall-Petch关系。
Ultrafine grained AZ31 Mg alloy for computer was annealed, the effects of annealing temperature and annealing time on thermal stability and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that, with the increase of annealing temperature, the grain size of the alloy increases gradually; the grain size gradually increases with the prolongation of holding time, but with the increase of annealing time, the rate of grain growth gradually reduces; the relationship between the yield strength and hardness with grain size ofultrafine grained AZ31 alloy is in good accord with the Hall-Petch relation.
