摘要:贮氢合金催化生长碳纳米管是当今研究的一个热点。我们采用溶胶一凝胶法合成I五一Mg—Ni系贮氢合金/ZnO催化剂,在化学气相沉积法下催化裂解丙烯生长碳纳米管。实验结果表明,随着还原温度和长碳温度的不断降低,La—Mg—Ni系贮氢合金/ZnO催化剂催化生长的碳纳米管产量先增大再减小,呈正态分布,其中在650—600℃条件下可得到产量较高且管径较大的碳纳米管。
Abstract: Hydrogen storage alloy catalyst for CNTs synthesis had a hot area of research for several years. La - Mg - Ni hydrogen storage alloy/ZnO catalyst for carbon nanotubes (CNTs) synthesis was prepared by sol -gel method. CNTs were synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of C3 H6. The results showed that the yield of carbon nanotubes synthesized by La - Mg - Ni hydrogen storage alloy/ZnO catalyst at various temperatures had great differences with a normal distribution, and CNTs with high yield and large diameter can be obtained when the catalyst was calculated at 650 - 600 ℃.
