摘要：基于新型城镇化发展这一背景,在全面审视我国城镇化推进过程中生态环境存在的各种问题的基础上,通过对现阶段生态环境状况进行评估,提出加强生态环境保护教育、完善相关法律法规、加强生态环境保护执行能力建设、完善生态环境治理的社会评价机制等建议。
Based on the background of the development of this new- style urbanization, in a comprehensive review of the basis of promoting the process of urbanization in ecological environment on a variety of issues, by carrying out an assessment of the ecological state of the environment at this stage, we proposed to strengthen ecological and environmental protection education, improve relevant laws regulations, implementation of capacity building strong environmental protection improving the ecological environment of social evaluation mechanisms suggestions.
