摘要:基于数学解析的方法,建立了并联机构滑块协同工作的理论条件,并建立了其柔性动态分析的非线性有限元模型,在此基础上,结合概率有限元分析方法,对农业机械中并联机构进行了可靠性分析,研究了机构主要参数的波动对其协同工作的影响规律。结果表明,滑块的倾斜斜率对并联机构的各个杆件的敏感程度不同,要保证其协同工作,该机构必须严格控制结构连接杆件的制造误差。
Based on mathematical analysis method, its sliding block's collaborative working theoretical condition and nonlinear finite element model of dynamic analysis were established. Moreover, combining probabilistic finite element analysis method, its reliability analysis was done, and the effect of its main parameters to its collaborative working was studied. The results showed that the slope of the sliding block was sensitive to each member of the parallel mechanism and the manufacturing errors of the connecting rods of the mechanism had to be strictly controlled in order to ensure its cooperative working. The study in the paper has provided a new method and basis for the performance analysis of the press.
