摘要:通过室内发芽实验,应用"胚芽鞘长度法"以PEG6000五个浓度处理(0、15%、20%、25%、30%),对7个抗旱性不同的冬小麦进行了萌芽期抗旱性影响的初步研究。测定了小麦萌芽期与抗旱性有关的胚芽鞘长度、发芽率、发芽势、根长、胚根数、芽长等指标,对胚芽鞘长度进行方差分析。结果表明:小麦萌芽期抗旱性鉴定的最佳PEG处理浓度为20%,此浓度的胚芽鞘长度与对照达极显著差异;最佳胚芽鞘长度观测时间为PEG处理后第5d;随着PEG浓度的增加,各品种发芽率、发芽势呈下降趋势。
Applying "Method of Coleoptile Length" under five different PEG6000 concentrations (0、 15%、20% 、25%、 30% ) ,the study on 7 triticum aestivum varieties with different early draught-resistance by germination experiment inside room was carried on. The index that included coleoptile length, percentage germination, germination energy, root length, NO. of embryo root and bud length etc. , which related with draught-resistance at sprout stage. The statistics analysis on the coleoptile length has been done by using variance analysis. The Results showed that the best PEG concentration was 20% ,under which the coleoptile length reached the most notable level compared with the 0 PEG concentration;And the best observation time of the coleoptile length was the 5th clay after PEG treatment;With PEG concentration increasing, percentage germination, germination energy of each varieties showed the trend of decreasing gradually.
