摘要：探讨了化工专业人才培养模式和高效的实践教学模式,构建了合理的实践教学体系,以培养具有较强动手能力,能利用所学知识开拓创新、参与企业运作和决策的高标准研究型+应用型人才.
Training mode and efficient practice teaching model of the chemical professional are discussed, and a reasonable teaching system is built to cultivate high standards of research and application-oriented talents with abilities of strong practical ability, innovation and pioneer with learned knowledge, business operations and decision-making.
