摘要：我国人口老龄化速度逐步加快,对农村养老方式提出了严峻的挑战。建立科学的农村养老保障体系是事关社会和谐发展的一件大事,其政治基础、社会基础、经济基础已基本具备。我们要努力克服构建我国农村养老保障体系的难点,建立我国农村三级养老保障模式,进一步完善新农保制度。
The speed of China＇s population aging has been fast,which has posed a severe challenge on the mode of providing for the rural old people.Establishing a scientific social security system for the aged in rural areas is a matter of social development and harmony which has been provided with support in political and social economic.We must strive to overcome the difficulties in establishing security system for rural old people,establish three-level security mode and further improve new social endowment insurance system for rural areas.
