摘要:High-quality Al@Fe-MOF was prepared by in situ modification of Fe-MOF with Al3+. In this study, Box Behnken design as a response surface methodology (RSM) was used to investigate the effects of major operating variables and optimization conditions of Al@Fe-MOF on COD removal of oily wastewater. Results showed that initial pH was important more than other parameters, and the order of influence of the value is: ozone flux > initial pH > MOF dosage > reaction temperature. When the ozone flux is 1602.06 mg / L, the MOF dosage is added 0.32 g, the initial pH of the wastewater is 7.04, and the reaction temperature is 29.32 C, the maximum COD removal rate of the wastewater is 95.52%. The predicted value of the model is more accurate and the model predicts better performance. Therefore, the combination of the best response value and the optimal factor level is also credible.
